Re-dedicating his marriage after 55 years Mr. Harencar said:

"For Carol and myself the Blessing is close to the start of a journey together. It was not the start because we had already known each other for 7 years and had been married for 1 year. We began to learn about the ‘Purpose of Creation’ including ourselves after we had tried to make sense, without too much success, of our relationship as man and wife.

The Blessing gave us determination, understanding, hope, a goal and the means by which to reach the goal. Our love for each other before the Blessing was mostly centred on ‘self’ especially in my case and that would most likely have lead us to some degree of mutual hurt. Instead we now have a way of life that we try to centre on God and in which we have an ever-increasing respect for each other as children of the great creator and parent. We also have six children who are, in so many ways, helping us to discover

even greater depths of the meaning of the Blessing."
